Returns Policy

Our aim is to provide high-quality custom merchandise that allows our Laddsworth community to proudly support our wonderful school. Your satisfaction is important, and we strive for transparency in our ordering and returns process.

Understanding Our Pre-Order System:

Please note that while we intend holding certain stock in future, currently all Ladds Supporters items operate on a pre-order basis. This means:

  1. Bulk Order Placement: Once the specified pre-order cut-off date has passed, and all orders are paid for, we will place a single bulk order with our suppliers.
  2. Manufacturing & Branding Timelines: We are beholden to our suppliers' manufacturing and branding timeframes. While we will communicate these as accurately as possible once your order is placed, including an an estimated collection date, please understand that these are estimates. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

Our Commitment to You:

We adhere to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) regarding returns and exchanges. We will gladly exchange or provide a refund for any item that is:

  • Defective or Faulty: If an item has a manufacturing defect or is not in good working order.
  • Incorrect Item: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered.

In such cases, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order so we can arrange for an exchange, repair, or refund. Proof of purchase will be required for all returns. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition and packaging where possible.

Important Note on Sizing & "Change of Mind":

Due to the custom manufacture of ordered sizes for the Ladds Supporters Classic Rugby Jersey and the Ladds Supporters Hoodie Sweater, we are unable to facilitate returns or exchanges based on incorrect fit or a "change of mind".

The Consumer Protection Act does not provide a general "change of mind" right of return, and this is especially true for items custom-made to your specific order. Therefore, it is absolutely imperative that you, the customer, carefully check and confirm the prominently displayed sizing guide in the product description before placing your order. We strongly recommend measuring against the guide to ensure you select the correct size.

How to Initiate a Return (for defective/incorrect items only):

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at pro@laddsworth.co.za within 7 business days of receiving your order, providing your order number and a clear description/photo of the issue.
  2. Proof of Purchase: Ensure you have your proof of purchase ready.
  3. Assessment: We will assess your claim in line with the CPA.
  4. Resolution: If your return is approved under the terms of this policy and the CPA, we will arrange for the return of the item and, at your election (where applicable by law), provide a repair, replacement, or refund.
